During this time, a response to a request through the support system will be from 2 minutes to 2 hours depending on the urgency of the request (issues related to server operation are resolved in the first place as soon as possible). Also during this time, assistance is provided in basic administration, financial and any other issues are resolved.
19:00 - 09:00 *
At this time, first of all, problems with the functioning of the network connection and power supply are resolved. Where possible, assistance is provided to resolve problems with the customer's equipment.
The customer should contact the technical support service from the email addresses,
linked to the customer's account, or through the support system at
my.xserver.cloud (authorization required).
To perform certain actions, the support employee has the right to request from the customer the password with root/Administrator privileges level. No support provided on programming, script maintenance, as well as other similar issues not related to the operation of our services.
