What is the speed of the Internet connection on your servers?
The default port speed on all our virtual and dedicated servers is 100Mbps with no traffic limits. You can also increase the bandwidth to 1Gbps (shared port) for an additional cost of $25 per month.
Where are your servers located?
Virtual servers are located in four data centers: Kharkiv (Ukraine), Miami (USA), Amsterdam (Netherlands) and Sofia (Bulgaria). Please note that all IP addresses, regardless of server location, are registered in Ukraine.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts on upfront payments based on the billing period:
3 months – 5%;
6 months – 10%;
12 months – 15%.
We also have a loyalty program. If you use our services for more than a year, you will receive a percentage of the paid amount on the bonus balance, depending on your "age":
1 year – 1%;
2 years – 2%;
3 years – 3%;
4 years – 4%;
5 year and more – 5%.
Is it possible to install Windows on your servers?
Yes, we have auto-installation of Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2019 and Windows Server 2022. To do this, you need to buy a license in your personal account, the cost is $29 per month.
Desktop versions of Windows 7/8/10 are not supported by our infrastructure.
How many IP addresses can I order for one server?
1 IP addresses is allocated free of charge.
Additional costs for $1/mo. per 1 IP.
The maximum number of additional IP addresses by location is:
Kharkiv (Ukraine) - 100 pcs.
Amsterdam (Netherlands) - 8 pcs.
Miami (USA) - 8 pcs.
Sofia (Bulgaria) - 8 pcs.
Are you transferring sites to your servers?
Yes, we are moving sites from another hoster to us, this service is free.
What control panels are available for installation?
Automatic installation of such control panels is available in your personal cabinet:
HestiaCP (free)
FastPanel (free)
cPanel ($25/mo.)
Also, at the customer request, it is possible to install any other control panel, just contact support.
How long does it take to deploy a new server?
Creation of a new virtual server is almost instantaneous, but after that the operating system and software are installed. Installation time varies and can take from 5 to 20 minutes. You will see every step, so you can relax and watch the process.
Can I change my virtual server configuration without reinstalling the OS?
Yes, you can change all VPS parameters "on the fly", and you do not need to order a new one / turn off the server / start a new installation of the operating system. Detailed instructions can be found here.
Can I change the configuration of the dedicated server if I want?
All dedicated servers that you see on the site are available for use right now in the specified form. However, the configuration of any server can be changed according to your wishes, it is enough to contact the sales department in a way convenient for you. Since this requires physical intervention, it can take several business days to prepare the server.
Is there KVM access to dedicated servers?
Yes, a permanently connected external IP-KVM is available for all dedicated servers that do not have built-in management (IPMI).
Is it possible to install virtualization software on your servers
Yes, on any dedicated server, you can installation such software as VMware, Proxmox, etc and then deploy virtual servers there.
