SEPA is a Single Euro Payments Area that covers 36 countries, including all EU members, as well as several other countries such as Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, and Liechtenstein. SEPA enables fast, secure, and low-cost bank transfers in euros between participants in this zone.
The new payment method is already available in your personal account for both paying for servers and replenishing your balance.
